Our client was adamant that 3D virtual tours were much more impactful than standard photography because “nothing is hiding.” It’s often unclear what is important to certain bidders, so having everything on the table and allowing those prospects to take a look for what they are interested in on their own time is incredibly valuable. It saves the client time and money and allows for the most accurate quote, the first time.

The virtual tour also works as proof of what the building looked like before any work was done. If something is missing, broken, or damaged, what was there before is always documented. There is no room for dispute this way.
