Point3D Commercial Imaging Ltd. is Ontario’s leading 3D imaging company focused on digitizing real-world spaces to create immersive digital experiences and solutions. Since 2017, Point3D has been providing high-quality 3D virtual tours, photography, and 3D laser scanning services to clients all over the country. Working with over 400 businesses nationwide, we can turn any space into an accurate and immersive digital twin to help companies better design, build, manage, and promote their most valuable assets.
At Point3D, we strive to make everything about designing, building, operating, and promoting a space easier and more efficient. We support many industries from residential and commercial real estate, retail, and hospitality to architecture, engineering, and construction, and are looking for a Business Development Representative to help us reach new customers and expand our market share. As a member of our fast-growing sales team, you’ll have great insight into how the full sales-cycle works, exposure to high-profile customers, a strong technical grounding in our product, in addition to mentorship and training.
We are looking to grow our dynamic Sales team by adding an energetic self-starter who has experience identifying and connecting with key decision-makers within accounts. We are actively growing our marketing, sales, and operations teams with people who are passionate about technology, have a willingness to learn, and want to make an impact.
ROLE
As a Business Development Representative your role will be to effectively prospect new accounts, make outbound emails and calls, build meaningful relationships, and work closely
with our marketing team to develop campaigns. You will be the main point of contact between Point3D and prospective customers, and are responsible for helping grow the number of businesses adopting Point3D’s reality capture solutions. A successful Business Development Representative will build meaningful relationships with prospective customers and will utilize a variety of sales tactics to suit the variety of customers we work with.
Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
- Become a product expert: answer pre-sales questions and come up with creative solutions for unique prospect use cases
- Carry out the outbound sales process through discovery and qualification calls/chats with prospects
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in Pipedrive
- Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- These are just some of the tasks but we are looking for someone who has an open mindset to constantly improve the way we do things with a focus on customer excellence.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Ideally, 1-3 years of direct sales or technology sales experience
- Excellent relationship, communication, and influence skills
- Confident and driven. You’re proactive and motivated about reaching out and following up
- High energy and strong work ethic driving towards meeting or exceeding the teams and individual goals
- Experience working with a CRM such as Pipedrive, Salesforce or HubSpot
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is a plus
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be legal to work in Canada
- Must speak and write English fluently
- French language skills is a plus
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and ideally, access to a car
