Media Mall is one of Ottawa’s newest and hottest co-working office spaces, accommodating more than 12 full-fledged businesses and growing. We were tasked with creating a virtual tour of the space to promote the environment as a great place for companies to re-locate their business.

While marketing the space and making it easier for the leasing agent to show offices, we went a step further and offered a individual solution for each company operating under Media Mall’s roof. Each was given their own proprietary link that starts the Matterport 3D Tour right at their specific office.

Matterport 3D Tour

An immersive Matterport 3D Tour of this co-working space nestled in the South Keys area of Ottawa allows potential leasees to see inside the available units and get a feel for the atmosphere before actually visiting. Shown in its best light, the space now handles 50% of its showings virtually with our platform. Each business occupying Media Mall is also given a proprietary link for which they can use to embed or share the 3D Tour to show their customers where they are located. The special link takes the user right to the office door of the business and is handy for coordinating meetings.

4K And Panoramic Images

We produced 4k images for the client to supplement their existing marketing strategies, giving them high-quality content of their space in its' ideal showing conditions. We also delivered panoramic images that were posted to Facebook natively, allowing users to look around a 360 photo right on their browser or Facebook App.
