This bachelor rental unit is located in Sandy Hill and was captured with Matterport in 3D to create an immersive digital experience. Our property manager clients have streamlined their showing process by pre-qualifying prospects with 3D tours. They are also multi-purpose and can provide real estate investors with an accurate representation of the property, from anywhere.
Matterport 3D Tour
With over 100 scan points, we created an immersive 3D virtual tour of Tony Graham Kanata's showroom and drive-through bays. This tour allows online visitors the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the dealership and vehicle models before visiting in-person.
4K And Panoramic Images
We produced 4k images for the client to supplement their existing marketing strategies, giving them high-quality content of their space in its' ideal showing conditions. We also delivered panoramic images that were posted to Facebook natively, allowing users to look around a 360 photo right on their browser or Facebook App.
2D Floorplan
Using the infrared measuring hardware of the Matterport Pro2, we provided an accurate floorplan that allows prospective leasees to see room total square footage and room dimensions.
