We are well known in Ontario’s retirement housing-provider community for creating the very best Matterport 3D Virtual Tours but the contract that started it all was with Riverstone Retirement in Ottawa, Ontario.

We had already been working with their parent company Claridge Homes to capture all of their model homes and rental properties, so it was an easy choice for the Riverstone Retirement team in selecting Point3D as their 3D Virtual Tours agency of record.

We ended up capturing seven retirement homes for Riverstone Retirement to facilitate the previewing of the residencies safely throughout Covid. Even as visiting restrictions lifted, the 3D Virtual Tours proved to be a useful sales and marketing tool and are now integral in their resident acquisition process.

Matterport 3D Tour
A very thoughfully-captured 3D Virtual Tour, our technicians worked with the General Manager in properly staging and coordinating around residents so the space could be seen online in its best light. We throroughly captured the common areas of the Willowbend retirement residence so leasing managers and their clients could easily walkthrough the space, seeing all the amenities in perfect detail. We also set the 3D Tour up with multimedia labels to take users to the model suites of the Residence and back to the lobby, allowing the marketing team to keep users engaged and reamin on-page in their website at all times.
