With over 7000 sq.ft. captured, this 3D virtual tour provides the client with a complete digital twin of their space allowing them and potential leasees to view it from every perspective. The next best thing to being there in-person, this 3D tour allows you to walk through the office space room-by-room, experiencing everything it has to offer.
3D Walkthrough Video
After completion of the virtual tour, a screen capture walkthrough was made of the space in a video format for even easier sharing. This video was used on Avison Young's social media accounts to entice users to visit the tour.
4K And Panoramic Images
In addition to the 3D tour, 4k images were captured to provide the client with high-quality content of their space and bolster their existing marketing strategies. We also delivered panoramic images that were posted to Facebook natively, allowing users to look around a 360 photo right on their browser or Facebook App.
2D Floorplan
Using the accurate measuring hardware of the Matterport Pro2, a measured floorplan was also provided enabling prospects to better understand the office layout and determine room dimensions and total square footage for potential fit-ups.
