Matterport 3D Tour
With over 2,000 sq. ft. of pre-fit-up space captured, this 3D virtual tour provides the client with a complete digital twin of their space allowing them and potential leasees to view it from every perspective. The next best thing to being there in-person, this 3D tour allows you to walk through the office space room-by-room, experiencing everything it has to offer.
4K and Panoramic Images
In addition to the 3D tour, 4k images were captured to provide the client with high-quality content of their space and bolster their existing marketing strategies. We also delivered panoramic images that were posted to Facebook natively, allowing users to look around a 360 photo right on their browser or Facebook App.
2D Floorplan
Using the accurate measuring hardware of the Matterport Pro2, a measured floorplan was also provided enabling prospects to better understand the office layout and determine room dimensions and total square footage for potential fit-ups.
